AHLA Members’ Special Meeting

The AHLA’s Board of Directors has approved significant changes to the organization that will improve the AHLA’s ability to respond to the realities facing our members and challenging all associations.  These changes will better position the AHLA to deliver the membership and advocacy activities you expect.

With these changes underway, the AHLA’s Board has decided to further refine its own governance.  Based on advice from governance experts and our legal counsel, the AHLA’s Board of Directors asking members to approve a number of changes at a Special Meeting on December 4.
