What Brooke believes is the greatest challenge facing our industry:
The shifting technology landscape: The prominence of platforms such as Expedia and Airbnb represent challenges that have eroded margins and market share for hotels. I will advocate for our industry to seek fairness as it pertains to these new platforms.
Why Brooke wanted to join the AHLA Board:
I hope to be able to offer my experience and skills that I’ve gained over the years to help this amazing industry be as successful as possible.
Fun Fact:
Anyone who has known Brooke for more than 10 minutes has probably heard him say: “Hey, have you seen my wallet?” Or “keys.” Or “sunglasses.” (Brooke says he loses things constantly.)
