What Amr believes is the greatest challenge facing our industry:
Demographic changes that impact the internal and external customers (guests and staff) the industry can attract, as well as rapid changes in technology that lead to new challenges such as shared accommodation.
Why Amr wanted to join the AHLA Board:
I wanted to serve and give back to the industry and the province that helped me to grow my career.
