Labour is one of the most significant costs at any property. Each year, the AHLA conducts its annual survey of wages, salaries, and benefits paid in the accommodation industry to:
- Help our members budget for wages and salaries in the coming year,
- Assess the impacts of the upcoming minimum wage hike, and
- Help us represent and advocate for your interests.
“This year, our goal is to have 200 properties participate,” says George Marine, the AHLA’s HR Committee Chair and General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn West Edmonton. “The more properties that participate in the survey, the more accurate the results will be.”
We have kept the survey brief to make it easy for you to provide your property’s information. Individual responses are kept strictly confidential.
The survey will be open until Friday, September 16. Results will be published in late September.
