2009 Wage Survey Complete!
Compiled by PriceWaterhouseCoopers, the survey is voluntary, and will help you:
- Forecast & budget wages,
- Ensure that the wages and benefits you offer are fair and competitive within Alberta's accommodation industry,
- Compare salaries and benefits paid in the accommodation industry to other industries in your community that are competing for the same pool of potential employees, and
- Apply successfully to the Temporary Foreign Worker program.
Properties that participated in the survey receive results for their region at no charge. AHLA members who did not participate in the survey may purchase a copy for $350 + GST. The survey is available to non members at a cost of $650 + GST.
