How much does training cost?
The cost of a seminar depends on:
- How many participants you want to register,
- Which seminar you want to hold,
- Whether your organization is a member of the AHLA
How many participants can attend a seminar?
The minimum number of participants is 10. The maximum is 25.
How can I participate in AHLA training seminars?
There are two ways to participate in an AHLA seminar:
- Arrange to have an AHLA certified trainer deliver your seminar, no worries for you and all the details are taken care of.
- Have your in-house trainer attend a SERVICE BEST™Train the Trainer seminar and become trained to deliver SERVICE BEST™to your employees.
Does the AHLA have an on-going schedule of seminars being held around the province?
AHLA seminars are normally booked by organizations. Occasionally we will offer a public seminar. Currently there are no public seminars scheduled.
What is the difference between SERVICE BEST™Train-the-Trainer and Train-the-Workplace Trainer?
SERVICE BEST™Train-the-Trainer is a workshop held by the AHLA to train your own in-house trainer to deliver SERVICE BEST™seminars.
Train-the-Workplace Trainer is a two-day workshop that enables supervisors, managers and department leaders to offer effective training for adults–not just SERVICE BEST™.
