Get the Reel Facts

Staff working in licensed premises where their duties include working with the VLTs and patrons must complete Reel Facts responsible gambling awareness training within 3 months of commencing employment.  A passing grade of 80% is required to receive a certificate of program completion.

All VLT retailers and their staff are required to certify/re-certify based on the Reel Facts program – through either the online or the DVD/manual version by January 1, 2010.
