Minimum Wage Increase
Albertans who are paid minimum wage will get a 35-cent raise in September 2012.The hourly rate will rise to $9.75 per hour from $9.40.
Those who serve liquor and receive tips will not get a raise; their hourly rate will stay at $9.05.
