The AHLA’s Gold Key Award celebrates the contribution of employees at all levels who exemplify the attitude and dedication needed to serve our guests and promote Alberta’s tourism industry. The Gold Key Awards were presented at a formal luncheon at The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise on Tuesday April 16, 2013.
