• Name of property placing the ad
• Intent of the ad (For Sale, General, Wanted)
• Category of the ad (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment, Properties For Sale, Other)
• Duration you want the ad to run (to and from dates)
• Description of the ad (approximately 60 words)
