The Gold Key Award celebrates the contribution of employees at all levels who exemplify the attitude and dedication needed to serve our guests and promote Alberta's tourism industry. Recipients received a certificate and gold lapel pin to recognize their commitment to the hospitality industry at a luncheon held on Tuesday April 19, 2011 sponsored by Coast Hotels & Resorts.
